These terms set out how the Horse Ledger site, its interactive demonstration and — for users with an account — the stable-management platform may be accessed and used.

2. Acceptance

Using the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, we invite you not to use the service.

3. Access to the service

The showcase site and the demonstration are freely accessible. Access to the application requires an account and authentication. The publisher strives to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions (maintenance, incidents, force majeure).

4. Demonstration

The interactive demonstration offered on this site relies exclusively on fictitious data. It has no contractual value and does not necessarily reflect the full feature set of the commercial version.

5. Account & security

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported without delay to contact@horse-ledger.com.

6. User obligations

• Use the service in accordance with its purpose and applicable regulations;
• Not attempt to harm the integrity, security or availability of the service;
• Not reproduce or misuse protected content without authorisation.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the site and platform (brand, logo, interface, code, content) are protected. No transfer of rights is granted under these terms.

8. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Its liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
